Ayesha gets frustrated when she isn't allowed to leave work to see her mother, while Ruhma worries about Shak. Heston isn't allowed to see Ruhma before they get married, and Rob asks new recruit PC Watson to check up on a protest.

But, much more interestingly than the official BBC blurb above, this episode actually contains some real actual medicine as once experienced by me.

The Epley Manoeuvre was performed on me by a doctor at the Princess Royal Hospital, and instantly cured me of my benign paroxysmal positional vertigo. If none of that makes sense, you'll just have to watch it to find out what I'm going on about.

Tomorrow, Thursday 30th June, 13:45 on BBC1, and on iPlayer thereafter.

A Double Dose of Doctors...

Two episodes of mine coming up shortly.

Tomorrow (Wednesday 17 May) we've got...

Whatever We've Got We Share.

Mrs Tembe reluctantly hosts a dinner party, while Jimmi finds himself alone with Megan working late.

And then, on Monday...

Oh, Brother!

News of the accident filters back to the Mill, but Sid's reaction surprises them all. Elsewhere, Rob insists he is fine, and Zara tries a bit too hard to be Emma's friend. Karen mixes up two patients who are brothers, leaving Heston to deal with the repercussion when he reveals a serious diagnosis to the wrong man.

Both episodes at 13:45 on BBC1, and available thereafter on the iPlayer for quite a while.

Next month, my fortieth episode!

The Open Road

In a great mood after her lunch with JJ, Mrs Tembe's unusual positivity piques Karen's interest - will she expose Mrs Tembe's new romance? Someone from Ayesha's past appears on her doorstep, but will she be pleased to see him? Daniel is caught in the middle when a family pitches up in a camper van. Dad thinks mom's faking illness, while son Finn fears they are hiding a darker secret. Can Daniel make them communicate before the family falls apart?

All that, and whatever's going on in the picture...

Doctors. Tomorrow, Friday, BBC1 at 13:45. And on iPlayer for ages thereafter.

Fit to Work

Copyright BBC

The fallout from the final rehearsal continues, as Mrs Tembe attempts to create a positive work atmosphere, and Al finds something he'd rather he hadn't on the internet. After a patient requests a fit-to-work note, Sid starts to wonder if he was right to sign it.

Haven't seen this one myself yet.  Rumour reaches me that it includes some near-nakedness, which I didn't put in the script!

Tomorrow afternoon, 12 December, 13:45 on BBC1, and on iPlayer thereafter.

Yes Means Yes

At a staff meeting, 'sexual consent packs' are discussed. Al manages to put his foot in it with Jimmi again. Valerie has to deal with two young people whose views on sexual equality are somewhat different.

Haven't seen this one yet....
